I have worked for the Institute for Childhood Preparedness (ICP) for over five years first as an intern and now as their head designer. During my time there I have developed over 50 info-graphics that be downloaded or printed from their resource page, managed their social media channels on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, and maintain their website in Wix.
Website
The ICP website is characterized by flat design and bright and bold colors which reflect the bold mission of the Institute to “Not Be Scared. Be Prepared”. The site consists of a combination of training opportunities, company information/certifications, and resources for early childhood preparedness. I work to update the photographs and testimonials regularly to keep the website fresh and relevant. You can see the website HERE
Resource Page and Info-Graphics
The ICP resource page provides early childhood professionals with safety and health graphics that they can download and use for their programs. In the past programs have used the printables for parent and staff communication, on their social media, at health fairs and in their monthly newsletters.

Social Media
As a part of my work with ICP I manage their social media channels through Hootsuite. I post a variety of materials ranging from free resources, news, and training opportunities.

Food Cleanliness Carousel
This social media carousel is one of several Food Cleanliness posts developed from the Food Cleanliness Checklist and Info-graphic.

COVID-19 Coronavirus Pandemic – National Dashboard for Early Childhood
During March of 2020 I developed a logo, branding, and stylized maps to track how Early Childhood programs were reacting to COVID-19 across the United States. For the first year of the pandemic we regularly worked to update the dashboard so it accurately reflected the state of childcare in the country. You can see a screen recording from the site in the video on the left.
